We work with homeowners and their inspector or IEP to assess moisture dynamics, building-envelope failures, and environmental reservoirs that contribute to ongoing biotoxin exposure, recognizing that unresolved moisture perpetuates inflammatory burden.

Work zones are isolated using sealed containment and controlled airflow to limit cross-contamination and reduce redistribution of particulates throughout the home.

Mold-impacted materials are physically removed or mechanically cleaned where appropriate. We prioritize source elimination over treatment-based or cosmetic approaches that leave biotoxin reservoirs behind.

HEPA-filtered vacuums and air scrubbers are utilized throughout remediation to capture spores, fragments, and fine particulates released during disturbance.

Surfaces are cleaned using HEPA vacuuming and safe surfactant-based solutions, such as simple dish soap mixtures to physically remove residues. Antimicrobials and biocides are not required for effective remediation and are intentionally avoided due to potential health sensitivities.

Post-remediation, we verify that conditions are dry and stable and provide guidance on moisture control and building-science strategies to reduce the risk of recurrence and ongoing exposure.
